“ULTIM”, “we” and “us” mean the operator identified in the company identification. These documents apply together where expressly incorporated.
1. Prohibited activity
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, scams, harassment, threats, discrimination, exploitation, unlawful surveillance or deceptive impersonation. Do not send spam, evade opt-outs or sender restrictions, falsify consent or caller identification, or process content without authority. Follow connected-provider policies and restrictions for your industry.
2. Data and technical restrictions
Do not upload malware, card security codes, passwords or unnecessary government identifiers. Do not attempt unauthorized or cross-workspace access, extraction of others’ data, security bypass, denial of service or automated abuse. Do not reverse engineer except where the right cannot lawfully be restricted. Do not upload HIPAA-regulated information without the written arrangements described in Security & HIPAA.
3. Regulated uses and reporting
Customers remain responsible for licensing, advertising, confidentiality, retention and professional decisions. Do not use AI scores as the sole basis for unlawful discrimination or decisions requiring professional review. Do not present ULTIM as an emergency service or a binding legal/medical decision maker. Report suspected abuse to the contact below with minimum necessary information, without secrets or sensitive records. We may investigate, restrict access, preserve evidence or comply with lawful requests. We do not promise continuous human review or detection of all misconduct.
4. Abuse of automation and AI
Do not use the Services to generate unlawful threats, deceptive reviews, fraudulent legal or financial claims, disinformation directed at a person, or instructions designed to facilitate wrongdoing. Do not deliberately bypass model safeguards, provider restrictions, contact limits or account segregation. Do not misrepresent AI-generated material as verified evidence, an official determination or the statement of a real professional who did not make it. An AI refusal or a platform restriction may not be evaded by splitting traffic among accounts or changing integrations.
5. Sensitive content and third-party rights
The Customer must have authority to process uploaded documents, images, recordings and voice samples. Do not expose another person’s identifiers, intimate content, confidential records or intellectual property without a lawful purpose and required rights. Do not submit payment authentication secrets or information prohibited by an applicable provider. If lawfully authorized sensitive intake is appropriate, minimize the information and confirm contractual and channel suitability first. The absence of a technical upload block is not legal approval.
6. Investigation, cooperation and remedies
ULTIM may request information reasonably needed to evaluate a complaint, consent dispute, security concern or suspected breach. Responses should avoid unnecessary disclosure and use an agreed secure route when sensitive evidence is required. Depending on severity and applicable law, action can include a warning, restriction, removal of affected content, suspension, termination or referral to a competent authority. ULTIM will consider a reasonable request for review, without promising restoration where a provider, legal duty or unresolved security risk prevents it. No clause grants immunity for ULTIM’s own unlawful conduct or creates a general promise to inspect all customer content.
